Along with Riverside Resort’s plentiful on-site amenities, water and sewer are included in your seasonal lot rent. Need a spot for your boat? No problem – we rent dock space too. Roll on in to a full hook-up site with your trailer, Fifth Wheel, or motorhome, and you’re all set for a summer to remember! |
Seasonal RV lot rent
Base rates range from $2,835 to $4,195 per season.
- Water and sewer are included in the seasonal lot rent.
- Each site is individually metered for electricity.
- Minnesota sales tax will NOT be added to stays greater than 30 days.

Short-term camping adventuresWant to pop a tent or park your RV or camper for a week or less? Riverside Resort has some shaded and unshaded sites on a flat, level lawn area with the option to hook up to electricity. A picnic table and a fire ring are included in the camping fee and firewood is available for sale.
We also have a limited number of wooded campsites in our “primitive” campsite area. All of our short-term campsites have a two-night minimum, or a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. Contact us to check on campsite availability and reserve a site. |
Short-term camping fees
Tents: $50 per day ($55 per day with electricity)
Campers & RVs: $65 per day with electricity
- MN sales tax will be added to fees.
- Up to 4 people included in rate.
- $5 per day for each additional person.
- Pet fee for short-term camping is $10 per pet per day.
